Shipping

We usually ship within 2-3 days and use the standard or basic service from United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.

We only ship to the continental USA.

Returns & Warranty

Returns

A return authorization number (RA #) must be obtained from Kingdom Motorcycle before returning any item.
E-mail your request to info@kingdommotorcycle.com.

All items returned must be in new condition and original package and sent within 30 days of ship date to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Items damaged due to customer handling may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Shipping costs associated with returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless product is defective or not as ordered. The package must be clearly marked with the RA number.

Any items damaged due to shipping will be the respnsibility of the customer to resolve with the shipping company. Kingdom Motorcycle must be informed within 24 hours of delivery.

All returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All custom and discontinued products will not be eligible for return or refund.

Warranty

Kingdom Motorcycle products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase for material and workmanship. Kingdom Motorcycle will replace or repair the item at its discretion and this will be the sole and exclusive remedy. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Parts not manufactured by Kingdom Motorcycle will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

Parts that have been abused, modified, improperly installed or improperly maintained will not be warranted.

Chrome is warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. It is expected that chrome exposed to salt, sand and humidity be properly cleaned and cared for. Items that show signs of abuse will not be warranted.
